Highlights of Christmas TIme

Going to the temple and dinner with Dax's siblings and parents.  We went to Texas Roadhouse for Tyra's birthday and had a great time.  All adults accounted for.

Hayden singing "Nuttin' for Christmas" for the Taylor family get-together.  It wasn't one of his better times singing it, but the desired effect was achieved none the less.  We laugh so hard watching the video.

Doing the nativity with the Wells family at Specht's trailer because Dax's parent's house was under construction.  Hearing Makala recite the Living Christ from memory and hearing Taneil's short story about Carson Clyde.  Two talented women I aspire to be like.

Christmas Eve with my family including the traditional dinner and nativity.  Shandiin invited a friend, who turned out to be a balloon artist!  The kids probably had the best Christmas Eve ever.

Had to throw in a picture of the girls the Sunday after Christmas in our black and white.

The kids on Santa's lap are from our ward party, but Santa did make a stop to Grandma Jensen's to remind the kids to go to bed and let the kids tell him one last time what they wanted.

Getting our new bed!  Dax got some camo-top press board to go over the frame and was pretty happy to have something camo on his bed (even if it's not visible).
Sock wrestling with Dax's family.  I don't think I've laughed that hard in a long time, watching similarly matched opponents (from as young as 4 year olds) try to get a sock off of someone else.

Going to dinner with my siblings and parents at Rock Top.  We were all present except for Paul and his wife who went to Arizona.

Sunday dinner at my parent's house with all of the family (9 siblings plus families).  Crazy, but enjoyable all the same.

Monday-Thursday with Dax's family enjoying good company, good food, and swimming at the egg farm.  Not enjoying sleep, so we were glad to get a good night's rest when we got home.
