FHE "On the Road"

The last couple of Monday nights we have had our Family Home Evening away from home.  We've been crunched enough for time that our "lesson" has been in the car, on the way to our activity.  Last Monday's activity was seeing the baby chicks at Big R and buying garden seeds.  I was in heaven just looking at seeds and imagining tasting the fruits(and vegetables) of our summer work in several months.  Yesterday's activity was buying a new washing machine.  Not as exciting for the kids.  Ours broke last Friday, with a load of wet clothes in it that is still sitting in my laundry room.  Dax will go pick up the new one tonight.  Hopefully it lasts us a lot longer than the last one (which was used, so we didn't expect too much life from it).
